Heating Instructions
Remove all packaging.
Remove outer character cover and heat inner wheat bag as follows: 30 seconds at 800 watt or 45 seconds at 650 watt (based on a microwave with a turntable on full power).
Heating should be carried out by adults only.
Recommended heating times MUST NOT be exceeded. Always check the temperature of the product by placing against wrist or elbow prior to use. As this is a natural product it may feel damp when first heated, this is quite normal and will cease with regular use.

Contraindications: Please note, as this product contains natural wheat, it may be unsuitable for anyone with a wheat allergy.
